A friend of mine started playing this game and was disappointed she couldn’t skip the story in the dungeon. They were boring and she didn’t care for them. We spent over an hour just playing on our phones while going through these last two dungeons. She quit playing right after. Her reason was that the game is boring. A lot of running around and the story was boring. The animations for the cutscenes were the same.

The cutscenes are terrible quality and you miss nothing except the final battle. So why have these moments where I need to see a cutscene about the characters talking about destroying a gate or tower.

Cut the fat already I don’t need to see a person raise their hand as a good bye to my character as a cutscene. It’s always the same. Then they turn around and slide away. Quality work.

My advice to keep people in early is to release armor and weapon relics they can build on at level 1. One that glows and grows as the player progresses through 2.0. It would drive people to get through the fetch quests and lack luster story.
