Only if male characters get actual nipples on their character model.

Actually all the the male models, sans Hrothgar, since I haven't checked personally, have nipples; even lalafells.

For most it's part of their actual model, but for lalas it in their texture.

Look and never be able to unsee it, mwahahahaha.
