LMAO, personal housing is a much bigger concern than FC housing bro.I suggest stricter rules for FC purchases like have a certain number of members or be a certain age like a week to be able to purchase land. As a joke I went to see how many houses are occupied by FCs with 10 members or less and found a FC home (0/2) next door to the FC owner’s personal home in my Ward I highly doubt they used to be some heavily active FC either made in 2015!
Anyways in my Ward alone 3/4 of the FC homes had under 10 members and no one online during peak time. And in the first 3 wards in both plots, their were a total of 57 FCs & 42 fitting the bill for inactivity all of the 0/2 ones being next door neighbors to their FC owners which I didn’t even focus on but skimmed through can’t imagine Statistics for all 21 wards across the 4 housing areas
Well, the fact that you control over 40 houses doesn't help anything. For all intents and purposes those are also personal houses, which you claim are the problem. You personally control nearly 1% of all houses on Gilgamesh.
The upwards of 40 or so players who could have a house can't because of you.
Yeah yeah, it's allowed. That doesn't make it right.

You play this game right? I'm asking because I truly doubt you grasp the intricate differences between personal and FC housing. All of these houses have a fully decked out workshop that is being used every single day along with grade 3 wheels being charged. You should find comfort in the fact that all of these houses are seeing heavy usage, because I sure am able to find (more than) 40 personal houses that are completely barren. Where's your whining about them huh?Well, the fact that you control over 40 houses doesn't help anything. For all intents and purposes those are also personal houses, which you claim are the problem. Of course it would, that's how it used to be. All the problems showed up when personal housing came out![]()

I actually agree with you on this, nothing worse than an empty house that someone isn't using. But come on really? Owning 40 "FC's" that you're using heavily, that's excessive and you know it.

That's your objective take on it. We had no intentions on going back to a ward size portfolio of houses after selling the 24 houses under our control in Mist 16. That was until we've been told, 5-6 weeks later, by a senior game master that we would not see a billion gil refund, minus one, for the game's inability to give any kind of warning that money earned by a retainer beyond gil cap is discarded. Forever.
What would you do if you were told your friends had collectively lost a bilion gil? How would you react if the person in charge of the support desk would tell you that they can see your money was discarded, yet couldn't do anything to compensate you because the game is "working as intended". Make an angry rant on here/reddit? Go on a social media crusade? We skipped all that and intended to make the money back. Tenfold. You can despise us all you want, but what we are doing is also "working as intended" according to the support desk. Additionally, the players on the DC are benefiting from lower prices on airship/submarines/schematics materials and minions, because we can afford to sell way lower than the overwhelming majority of other FCs.

So houses, not entire wards. Granted they can work on buying it out, but not actually just purchase an entire ward. That's your objective take on it. Also, my two cents. This person has the same mentality as some of the worst greed run organizations on the planet. "It's totally legal, so don't be mad at me for screwing you over". But that is just a personal opinion.

Did guilds own houses, or WARDS? I'm saying Guilds should be able to purchase entire wards, so everyone in the guild can purchase a house in the area. You play this game right?
