My point was that if they still plan to have an actual promotion then they won't add it in mog station yet. I also said that hearing at least some info on the topic would be nice, so I'm not sure how exactly I am downplaying it (if that was adressed to me, ofc).

And if anything, if there is indeed a promotion, I would prefer it to be something like NA had with doing some purchase in the internet, because I still shudder from remembering how I was asking a friend to buy Dr. Pepper for me, because I live in Russia and we are cutted even from official store entirely so we can't even buy official merch, what to say about promotions that will never ever happen here. Otherwise they should just put it to the Mog Station straight away.
