Overall I'm not familiar with other FFs enough to say "I want X's outfit" but would generally like to see things that are interesting costume pieces and not too close to other things already in the game.
From the images posted here, Al-Cid does look good.

The following ones are in reference to more than one FF, and Im honestly fine with which ever one, just at least one of the ones mentioned.
The DRK helms found in FF3/4 (the sprite, not the drawn art. You know, the bird beak, that hides the eyes, sort of helm. Pretty much DRG AF1 helm) I just dont feel very DRK like with the artwork masks, as I played those games looking at the battle sprites far more than the cecil artwork.
A DRG AF helm that isnt over sized on female characters. They always look like bobble heads with DRG AF helms. (And a bit closer to FF4/5 designs. Each version seems to do something rather too different from the classic looks. 4 and 5 were nearly identical, and both were great.)
a SMN AF body with a cape, like more of the classic sprite designs in the offline FFs.
Same with DRG AF body. To me, BLU, RDM, DRG, and SMN all wear capes, and AFs w/o them feel weird. (RDM and BLU have them, and DRG/SMN needs to use other non AF designed armors to get their capes.)
Reuse the lightning weapon for gunbreaker.
Buster Sword skin.
The outfit design of FF5s BLU is usually referred to as "the super hero" look, which the current AF "almost" references, but is more tuxedo mask looking, as if he's off to a ball. But I personally see classic BLU looking more like the typical Dragon Quest "hero" look, but with the mask. (Tunics, that are just a blue recolor of Link, with the pink capes, and shoulder pads.) I know they took on the mystic knight look, with their more Arabic look starting in FFTA and FFXI, but I still want to see a return of that, even if BLUs dont have a melee weapon to finalize the look. So id request the FF5 AF.
Thats about all I can think off the top of my head atm.

CLAIRE PENDRAGON

Aurons for 10 and Vincents from 7.

I have to say - and it's not a comment on the content of your posts, but - your formatting with the constant bobbing in and out of grey italics is very hard to read. It's disconcerting. I try to read it and I actually can't.
More line breaks and sticking with black non-italic text would be much easier to follow.
It doesn't all need brackets around it either. I say that knowing I overuse them myself.

I'd love to glam my AST as Minwu...
...And have chance to dress up as PLD Senpai.
Mobius is not old FF game in any way, but some of the concept art for that game is too damn gorgeous. Recreate the original stripperrific Onion Knight costume, or just this Dancer costume!!

Ohhh, I dunno. A lot of them can already be replicated to a certain extent already. I wanted Aerith's outfit for the longest time, but just for her red bolero jacket and choker. Then they released Lyse's outfit, which pretty much looks exactly like it, and there is a similar looking choker that slips my mind atm. But Lyse's jacket along with a spring dress dyed pink and brown boots was one of the most well-done cosplays I've seen in game. Just needed her hair.
If I had to choose, I am so curious about how Garnet's outfit would look. It is actually pretty gender neutral, and they could easily release it for both. But like Zidane, she is very cartoony and her outfit might suffer the same in a game where the character's proportions are little more realistic.

And I’m pretty sure most straight guys would be comfortable wearing armor, so your request is already granted.

Would glam!
