I'd argue that it doesn't need to cater to everyone. The game is based around its msq. I'm sure there are more freeform mmos out there worth trying. This isnxt even me trying to insult you, just saying you might wanna try another game instead.

Also with housing, it's a server issue. Housing wards can be resource intensive because they gotta render like 30+ completely unique lots per ward as long as a single person remains in the ward. So adding more wards is an endeavor.

If they had made instanced houses instead of wards, housing would probably not be an issue, but say la vee
