Thanks Canadane, that link does work for me but I wanted to make a post in the "Separate Support Required" subforum since that seemed the most appropriate place to post my particular issue.

Is there any process I can go through to get my account permission to post in these other forums?

I'm pretty sure those are categorization folders for the tech support team use only. I.e. you post in the general tech support folder and then they move your post to whichever folder it belongs in once they look at it. You'll never be able to get access to post there directly.
