What isnt wrong? Ghosting, abilities not going off, extremely reduced potency, abilities that used to be separate from Scholar are now Scholar abilities.

Honestly I don't think there's gonna be any significant changes with healer's till 6.0, they dropped the ball big time with AST and SCH wiping out alot of their uniqueness, WHM not so much but they seem to have gotten lost with their "pure healer" desire to not realize the majority of us healing want to be able to heal and dps at the same time, WHM should be burst damage, SCH shields and reflection damage, AST Dot,hots and maybe some buffs. They went with homogenization instead which killed the fun and interest for many, WHM is the only one that still feels remotely fun and enjoyable for me I barely touch the other 2 as they're so clunky and annoying to play atm.

I don't know if Carbuncle glamour's make much sense for Scholar since we aren't using advanced atherical equations to create a fairy like Carbuncles. We summon them to us which would lead me to believe that summoning a Pixie from the First would be more logical. They are clearly capable of the magic required to aid us in our battles and it would help keep Scholar and Summoner seperate visually.

alphinaud has and continues to use the diamond carbluncle to heal which would be the expected one, but a pixie or feo ul could be good.

Because Alphy is still an arcanist, not a scholar -- the only reason he can heal is because someone has to whenever there's no actual healer around during MSQ/Trust runs.

That said, I recall reading somewhere that coding for fairies* is different than Carby/egis and I find that more plausible. 'Because lore' is always a weak excuse and why they wouldn't just outright say yes or no is beyond me.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't he listed as an Acadamecian, whatever the heck that is. Honestly I want to be that, the moment I saw him use Miasma II in a MSQ or whatever it was I was extremely annoyed.
