They are uncapped. Be it crafting 5 min or doing that quest, it wont be that much of a difference.

Adding even more ways to get easy scrips is not gonna be good for the economy considering all the items you can buy with scrips.

eg. Look at how the materia markets have played out over patches because SE keeps adding more ways to get materia.
