Welcome to FFXIV! Glad you've enjoyed your experience thus far.Not sure about that. We have way, way, way, way more lurkers than we have posters, to start. Secondly, there are a lot of people who are a bit sociably awkward and probably don't want to extend themselves.
This whole thing? I kind of blame it on the baggage associated with the term "raiding". Like, "alliance raids" have the word "raid" in it, but it's some of the most casual content in the game, which errs on being more forgiving since asking 24 people out of 24 person group to understand the content to succeed would be a bit much. General rule of thumb is the game expects half of the people to get it right in ARR, and 75% of the people to get it right by the end of Stormblood. Wipes still happen in Dun Scaith and stuff so there's enough gravity to encourage people to try but it's not really high-end content.

The game also has normal raids, which are kind of just like Trials Lite, and again not quite what people think of when they think of raiding. What people mean when they think of raiding is the max level savage raids, ultimates, etc., which is never required for anything.

I may have been in error when I returned I was pleasantly surprised that 7 /9 post were actually friendly civil mistake reading your response till unlike your well thought out constructive you have the 2 hostile childish responses below when judged solely by all the posts before them still a better ratio than most mmo forums.

Still its the forcing you to group things more than you need i must admit i only skimmed the post I didn't read it but when i got form it is were attempting bolster a portion of the game that didnt have a large emogh player base by making it a mandatory posrtion of the game by gating something behind it it in some way.

still if it is at the level of doing the mandatory dungeons then it should only be a minor inconvenience.

I think you miss spoke when u called roegadyn the superior race, I'm pretty sure you meant {fixed error) Miqo'te so I'll just chalk that up to a typo, still though these little lala eyes are watching you, plus your a hyur, show some pride in that cause hyur women are prettiest women in game {fixed}when you don't count Miqo'te. but {fixed} Miqo'te women are the most important cause of thier super duper qo'te uper cuteness, they can melt hearts in under 5 seconds, 5 seconds, let's see a {fixed} fem lala or roe girl do that, that's right we won't see it cause {fixed} Miqo'te ladies are number 1, even if hyurs are the prettiest when you are not including Miqo'te [/QUOTE]

This is one of the most toxic sentences I've read on these forums in a while. You aren't entitled to any attention on an online forum and I wouldn't call a lack of attention "toxic", especially considering you didn't provide any point to discuss about in the original post. Besides, 200 views is nothing considering the average views and replies/likes discrepancy (just look at other threads).
