1 welcome out of 200+ views i guess this forum is just as toxic an unwelcoming as any other mmo forums just a brief look at it there seems to be the right amount of salt here for a mmo forum.

I got the "complete" game for $35 on sale so i still have a lot of content to explore so i think ill have fun well into the future.

Long as they keep things simple and don't look things behind group action more than they are already doing farther into the game oh and they don't listen to that person that wants to turn crafting into elistes only club where only % of people have the some of the best craft plans or mats so they can continue the tradition of mmo market place being a dumpster fire of overpriced exploitation. Everyone should have access and be able to craft everything at end game crafting level.

I saw a thread about raids not being "as optional" which is concerning but overall not enough people raiding soo hey the best solution ios to forces others to do it by locking stuff behind it.

This is one of the most toxic sentences I've read on these forums in a while. You aren't entitled to any attention on an online forum and I wouldn't call a lack of attention "toxic", especially considering you didn't provide any point to discuss about in the original post. Besides, 200 views is nothing considering the average views and replies/likes discrepancy (just look at other threads).

So your self proclaimed logging in for ages was to not only agree with someone making a hostile non constructive personal attack comment but also make a personal attack of your own making the comment i made to them regarding their action relevant to you as well.

Not sure about that. We have way, way, way, way more lurkers than we have posters, to start. Secondly, there are a lot of people who are a bit sociably awkward and probably don't want to extend themselves.

This whole thing? I kind of blame it on the baggage associated with the term "raiding". Like, "alliance raids" have the word "raid" in it, but it's some of the most casual content in the game, which errs on being more forgiving since asking 24 people out of 24 person group to understand the content to succeed would be a bit much. General rule of thumb is the game expects half of the people to get it right in ARR, and 75% of the people to get it right by the end of Stormblood. Wipes still happen in Dun Scaith and stuff so there's enough gravity to encourage people to try but it's not really high-end content.

The game also has normal raids, which are kind of just like Trials Lite, and again not quite what people think of when they think of raiding. What people mean when they think of raiding is the max level savage raids, ultimates, etc., which is never required for anything.
