I wouldn't mind an hour for people who drop out of parties as it's painful to wait for the system to replace that player. Yesterday someone left the group because they didn't want to "waste" their leveling on a lowend dungeon. Spent 10 mins waiting for a replacement... and it happened twice. So I wouldn't mind an hour punishment for leaving that. I dunno how I feel about the other ones, but going from 30 mins to an hour I'd support.

People are far too flippant, and the game is far too easy.

Penalties need to be significantly more strict.

Nobody get penalised if you refuse the queue and with the DPS queue beeing sometimes about an hour, I just forget that I am in a queue and when it pop I just realise that I don't have much time left to complete the dungeon.

And there is other time you queue prior beeing ready since you know it will take over 30min but for some reason you get instant queue and get caught un-prepared.

What are you queuing that takes an hour? Unless you're playing during hours where there isn't a lot of people. I can go through the most of the daily list on DPS in 2hrs tops( I don't do MSQ roulette ), with alliance being the only one with the estimated wait time being over 5min.

Actually I find dps queus to be significantly faster at odd hours (early morning/late night). Not uncommon for me to get instant leveling or 50/60/70 queue as DPS then while at peak its usually at least 15 minutes.

Why would you intentionally ignore one of the single best time:xp ratio roulettes if you're leveling jobs. This mindset still makes no sense.

FF14 you opt into backfilling. OP's changes are not needed.

Why do something you don't enjoy? I don't bother with Alliance roulette either. Reminds me too much of WoW LFR.

Will never work. Even blacklist is client side not server side so the game servers don't have to worry about tracking who is annoyed by/hates who.

If you're doing content during off peak hours and the only way a group can form is to include you and person you're avoiding, what's the game supposed to do? Chances are the game is going to penalize you and let the other player join the group instead once a final member is found, which would just upset you for being the one left out and stuck waiting twice as long to get a group.
