Sorry but who really things that a lottery system is worse than what we have now is either unemployment or does not know what he should do during his free time. Standing in one place and doing nothing else than clicking the Placecard over and over again as fast as you can for hours without even knowing when the timer will unlock is beyond idiotic. No even a monkey would be willing to do this, no matter how much bananas you offer him. This is nothing else a 100% pure waste of lifetime and i can understand everyone who use a bot or macro for this.

That's not a lottery. There might be some luck involved at having it available at a time you're there, but that's still not a lottery.
Also you're only competing against the players who are willing to stand the test of time like yourself. An actual lottery you may as well be competing with the entire server. It would lower everyones changes, and generally give it to people who don't actually have the determination to get it.
This has already been explained how it would be an overall worse situation. Those who don't understand this may have a hard time coming to this realization but you need to think about the system as a whole not just for you and your current immediate grievances with it.
