Road to 70

Not sure exactly where to put this. I have road to 70 on one of my characters. She is on Goblin. I want to move her off Goblin, will she keep road to 70? Do I need to move her to a server that is preferred?

I am afraid that characters created on a Preferred world cannot be transfered until 90 days have passed. This is also how long they get to keep the Road to 70 buff.
Or in other words: You cannot transfer a character with the Road to 70 buff to another home world.
