Just as interesting as people complaining about a "Cash Shop" that sells purely cosmetic/optional items that you don't have to buy AT ALL and then crying about how they should get it all for free because they pay a monthly sub. As for your "excuses", FFXIV doesn't need one technically. However since SE want's to make more $ on the side, they do it. Next, most other MMO's have limited bank space which can be expanded by buying extra storage as well. It just varies. FFXIV took the money route instead of the in-game money route. However, this can be worked around by making alts for bank storage, like you know, how it was done before in previous MMO's.

That was so smug, even though you made a good point it sounded like an anime henchman posturing for the boss, between a standard rivalry of an inner circle of generals. (I can even picture you adjusting a pair of glasses.) lol


I'm fine with cash shops, vanity's are part of how they make money, those who can afford such things helps bring more budget to the games content. My only complaint with the cash shop is they don't add to it items, I'd like to see in the game. There should be more adventurous glamour's and mounts, steampunk gliders, horses and/or chocobo's with a bedroll and saddle bags barding, caped uniforms, even something sporty like I dressed Sophia in. But, I dream.

Three things.1) SE is a business and needs to make money. 2) I highly doubt there’s a big enough demand for this glam to warrant the resources it would take to design a boss fight for it to drop. 3) I don’t think you have an understanding about what f2p Korean games offer for sale. They make their money offering stuff like characters, gear, and enhancements to grown the player’s roster. If SE ever tried to offer stuff like real gear with real stats that top what’s already available the community would be out with pitchforks
