I think you'll warp from your private residence exit, just like in FFXI. I think this will reduce lag in Uldah and help prevent it from crashing as often as it has.

Just don't use it if u don't like it.

I love this. I'm sick of how big the cities are and how long it takes just to pick up a leve from someone else.

Talk about negativity, What is so wrong with adding features for convienance, its all optional, This lets people who like ot get places faster get there, While letting people who want to walk can walk. I am amazed at how many critics a system thats designed to facilitate convience will get

I think it's mostly people complaining for the sake of complaining. Every single patch has had this, and yet people still remain alive. This community needs to grasp the concept that Final Fantasy XIV is a game you play for fun.Talk about negativity, What is so wrong with adding features for convienance, its all optional, This lets people who like ot get places faster get there, While letting people who want to walk can walk. +1 intra city travel for getting around limsa, that place is a bloody nightmare to run around.
You're 8 levels from being maxed in everything in the game... I doubt you will quit. Unless you botted (probably) all those crafting levels.
I have to laugh when people say these things.. who you kiddin' son!?
Your posts have gotten more and more whiny. You're just one of those people who can't see more than 2 feet in front of them. Obligatory: If you don't like it, don't use it.
P.S. Reading the 1.21 notes; player housing has some quest associated to it. Granted it will likely be something easy mode to allow for low level accessibility. (INB4 QQ)
The cities only have a few things you actually need to do in them. The adventurer guild for leves, MW/GC zone area, Airshp - that's 95% of what you need to do in cities. These things are pretty close to one another in each city. Regarding the guilds, you have to go to for a few minutes at level 20, 30, and 36 to accept the quests and turn them in. A few scattered NPC quests that you accept one time, and maybe there are a few things you can buy from NPC's for 'slightly' cheaper than you do in the market wards.
Not sure why you complain about traveling faster in them, it might be from one end to the other - maybe see how it works before you RAGE!![]()
