Veteran Rewards Issue - Contacted GM in Game, Unresolved

Cleared out the first 20 letters first day in game. Next log in, had the next six. It's been over a week and a half now, and nothing. The GMs refuse to listen to what their own published material states.

GM support is very limited right now. Your issue is going to be very low down the priority list since it doesn't impact your ability to play the game not to mention you do have another option for obtaining those items if you plan to use them (not like there's much other than the original Veteran rewards to buy with achievement certificates).

If you want to pursue the issue, it would probably be better to wait until support returns to normal then resubmit your ticket, including a link to the original published Veteran Rewards list.
