Can we get an option for overhead chat bubbles?

It also has other benefits such as for roleplaying etc.

Might be best used in actual RP hubs like Balmung though. But yeah it would be interesting but I might add a few limitations:

1. /say, /yell, and /shout only for "universal" chat, where everyone in the zone can see it.
2. /party: chat said in the Party channel would be visible only to those in the Party. /alliance would also have simialr restrictions.
3. FC Chat, Linkshells and such would not be affected bar special permissions by the people that run the FC or Linkshells.

Also might have some interaction with the RP tag if that helps.
