I've had the same thing a while back, didn't know a "High End" section existed in duty finder. Was surpised to find it and thought it was really cool, sadly you won't be able to progress any of those instances with duty finder.

That's the Raid Finder, and to this day I seriously don't know why it exists.

It lets you set requirements for the people you're going to be paired up with (something the DF doesnt let you do) - this allows someone who wished to farm said content to set it to "Duty Complete" ( only available after you cleared the content yourself). In theory someone who still needs the clear (but has full exp) can queue up specifying the need to practise the later phases of the fight - while someone whos going in for the first time can select the earlier phases. This would obviously require people to be honest about their experience, though...

In theory it allows for better random matchmaking - in practise it allows to filter out people who havent completed the duty yet when you wish to farm (both through RF directly but also PF since you can queue up with your desired setting and if anyone hasnt completed the duty yet, the game will not let you queue, thus making it impossible for people without the clear/experience to sneak into farm-parties without asking for permission first.)

Raid Finder also enforces a full standard composition (2 tanks, 2 healers, 1 melee, 1 physical ranged, 1 caster and any dps). Selecting Duty Completion enforces that all jobs are different, while selecting Training allows the 4th dps to be a double. Naturally, this is ignored with premade parties.
