At least that is what they have planned. Most likely, the new instance will be the most efficient way of upgrading relics, but for those who do not want to put so much time into it, other options similar to the ARR/HW relic steps will be made available.
Was this announced? All i heard was they have stuff planned, when did they detail all that?
