    Ah forgot to update this!
    He got support from the said form a few hours after my last update. Everything's been restored thank goodness. But he did lose the house. At least at least he got everything else back in piece.

    Did they restore even housing items? There were concerns about it too as far as I got it.

    Nope. Lost all housing items. At least it was a small house with only the garden fully furnished. He did lose some house warming gifts though. Real shame about those. He won't get the same crafter signature back on those.
