Cant proceed past level 50

Yep, the complete edition has the base game, then all the expansion content is bundled in addition under Shadowbringers. If you've not put the Shadowbringers bundle CD Key in (in addition to the base game key), then you wouldn't be able to get past level 50. Find the extra CD Key on the game's Steam page, with the cog symbol>Manage>CDKeys. Hope this is the missing piece, OP, & good luck.

thank you very much for your help, i've tried doing it already but it does not work... i think there might be a problem with the key itself, I finally found how to send an email to square enix support... hope they could help

Do you own the base game through steam?

Check your account on the mogstation. Is it standard 9r standard(steam) in account status?

yes
i finally found out what the problem was... i was connected automatically to a different steam account. i feel so stupid LOL

Glad your issue is fixed OP. Not very good support to just dump you into General though I agree. Reminds me of EA Customer Support where their "Support" chat person tells you to post in the forums where other people with the same issue as you are all having the same issue like that would actually help anything.

You have to finish the main story quest line in order to lvl up higher than 50 lvl.

All content is gated behind the game story, it should be your main focus to finish it first, its really long.

No you don't, you can far out-level the main story if you want to.

Maybe they have changed something, when i first time played i could go past lvl 50 without finishing arr.
