Cant proceed past level 50

Yep, the complete edition has the base game, then all the expansion content is bundled in addition under Shadowbringers. If you've not put the Shadowbringers bundle CD Key in (in addition to the base game key), then you wouldn't be able to get past level 50. Find the extra CD Key on the game's Steam page, with the cog symbol>Manage>CDKeys. Hope this is the missing piece, OP, & good luck.

thank you very much for your help, i've tried doing it already but it does not work... i think there might be a problem with the key itself, I finally found how to send an email to square enix support... hope they could help
