Meanwhile, all my DoW/DoM jobs are still slowly leveling up due to how little exp is rewarded from the very few activities in the game that reward somewhat meaningful exp for them...

There is likely going to be another beast tribe for ShB that will offer DoW/DoM xp dailies. And outside of that you have:

Any skipped side quests to do on alt jobs for shots of xp here and there.
Squadron Dungeons for jobs that are 20-60
Daily Main Scenario Roulette 50+ (massive xp from this)
Daily Leveling Roulette (Pretty big chunk of xp here too)
Trust Dungeons 71+ (can do without limit and gives about the same xp to you as it says it gives to the trust npcs)
Weekly Challenge Log
Fates
Deep Dungeons
Currently available beast tribe quests from the Fae and previous xpacs depending on your job's level range.

There's objectively quite a few ways to get xp for combat jobs, the daily options offering significant chunks of progress and some of which have no limit to how often you can take advantage of them. Just doing the daily Main Scenario and Leveling Roulettes, along with the Fae beast tribe dailies probably nets you about 2 levels of xp for 70-80. That hardly seems slow to me. And that doesn't account for unlimited stuff like running trust dungeons as often as you like (of which I think about 4 runs gets you a level). The only real "dead zone" I've encountered is 60-71 since there's no Squadron or Trust dungeon options. For that I just do daily roulettes and Stormblood beast tribes to push through to 71.
