also with the lag of hats we cant use (i mean we cant use any hat rly) i wish they just would remove our ears like with miqo at this point. like i rly want to wear the new kupo knit cap or the crown you get after winning the ticket thingy 5 times, i doubt im the only one who would be okay with it.

The funny thing is Viera and Hroth CAN use the YoRHa Striking/Casting/Healing hats (though it looks like it needs a little placement tweaking).

I said that it's getting annoying to others which is why it's sarting to get push back. Just look at the male Viera fans now coming into these saying "at least you HAVE confirmation they're working on the thing you want".

Me? I follow these for the same reason I check up on Male Viera thread. It's funny to me in a schadenfreude way seeing just how much people rage with no direction or desire to understand a thing.

Little bit off topic: When I write something in English, I for one avoid the native German terms as good as I can. And "Schadenfreude" is such a word. "Malicious joy" has the rough meaning you're looking for.

However, the hairstyle-question is still far less exhausting than the male-Viera-topic.
As you expressed with your quote, we know that sooner or later new Viera-hair and Hrothgar-faces will appear. Apart from several threads about rabbit-limitations being a thing on the forum, people either are clearly into the update or simply got tired of all the fan-begging.

Meanwhile, the male-Viera-support is a complicated mess and apparently fails to stick to it's purpose over and over again. A little bit positivity shows up for a while, yet will eventually disappear.

Might be me being a typical German, but if I was a member of SE and had an opportunity to read the bunny-boy-thread, I would really start to wonder if people actually want male rabbits as a playable race or rather are just interested into criticizing / sneering at other human's hopes /wishes.
With that in mind, I tried to get some senses into those who are 'concerned', but as you see... Being lectured by i***** about the thread being a 'discussion' and that 'they do not need to stick to the OPs setting' is an enthusiasm-downer. And I start to question "Do Americans go to demonstrations of their buddies and pull out banners with phrases that would actually weaken the demo's message?" - which is kind of frustrating, since I shouldn't bother myself with this bagatelle.

...Uh-huh. Well, I’m sure all of the people who are annoyed who are definitely not you appreciate you speaking up for them on such a consistent basis. On a forum full of riveting content such as “Where’s my bulge?” and “Only I know how to play this game, why is everyone else so bad at it?”, I can see how repeat threads about hair taking up space could really be frustrating to some users.

I don't think that's necessary, they should just let the ears clip through like they do the Au ra horns. If anyone has questions about how / why Vieras would practically get their ears through metal helmets, well... I'd like to know how the 'pincer' aura female face get those giant horns through their helms, or the winged aura horns... really any of them.

The best solution is to let the ears clip. However, I don't think that's why the helms don't work. I think why they don't work is because they tweaked the base head model, even though lalafells have enormous heads as well as roe's. I think the other problem is that the ears are floating atop the skull by a pretty substantial margin, so they would have to fit the helms. Still, a lot of the helms share the same base model (like the face masks / crowns / etc). Also, of course Yoshi's team can do it. It's silly to think they can't. They worked on 2 mmo's at the same time and still pulled it off.

(Though, I'm more on the equal-treatment-for-both-genders-train, to be honest. I got my rabbit-girls, so it would only be fair when others get their bunny-boys. And I'm curious to see how the first official males would look like. Having a Viera-boy-alt who's a real deal instead of a cosplay sounds also nice.)

One thing about the hairstyle-topic I found quite odd while editing the screenshot... Could it be, that Viera-heads a tad wider than the ones of Elezen? Or am I just seeing white mice here?
