[ALTERNATIVE] Housing System

Taking into account that plotted housing is limited same as housing districts and wards,

"per service account a strict 2 house only per server policy should be implemented."

(2 houses, 1st for personal use, 2nd if character becomes fc lead).

The changes I suggested would keep the current house ownership! 1 Personal, 1 FC Lead. Especially with how housing was prior to that system (so many bots @.@). I will add those links to the post!

Wards just needed to be added for new players to also enjoy housing, housing shouldn't be a competition, pvp is a competition. Something casual as decorating a home shouldn't be rendered completely ruled out because the server is overly populated. If this is the case, since I recently just got into the game, they should've fixed it long ago by adding more and more wards instead of wards when they felt like it, because I'm still not sure if firament will ever be housing or something new but even then, overpopulated servers for those who have been waiting for a while will still be out of luck, and it is still unfair.

I'd rather someone have to teleport to my home and never have neighbors if this continues to keep being the case as to why more wards may have not been added due to the complex coding it may take to make housing as it is now. Black desert housing is like that, the outside of the home may not be decorated like on this, but someone can come into your house (many houses) and view your set up.
