I couldn't play FF14 for 10 days please help , error 6d when click on play button

None of this simple tier one support is helping, and there is a problem with the launcher or game. Many people that have this error, me included, have tried many things to get the error to go away.
We don't have Mactype installed
We don't have mods installed
We have fresh installs of the game, and some people even OS
We have renamed the user folder for FFXIV or just out deleted it
No overclocking of GPU and CPU (even though that should not matter)
The only thing that seems to work, is launching the game through G-Force Experience.

No clue why that works, but it does. I would love to just launch the game normally, please look into this further then "reboot your PC"

If launching through GeForce Experience is working but launching from desktop/start menu/whatever isn't, there's a decent chance that you've got two graphics chips in your computer—the GeForce one, and an integrated one a'la Intel Iris. (This is true for many/most gaming laptops.) The integrated graphics system won't work with FFXIV. If you do have two available, Nvidia has their 'Optimus' service which tries to figure out should be used for which programs (to save power). However, launching from GeForce Experience will always force the program launched (and anything launched by that program) to use the GeForce discrete graphics.

I do know folks who have had a problem where, for some reason, 5.2 doesn't detect as a program that should be using the GeForce graphics. As such, it tries to use the integrated graphics to save on battery life, but the game is not happy with that.

If this is the case for you, going to the Nvidia Control Panel and going to 'Manage 3D Settings' should have a little dropdown at the top of the settings labeled 'Preferred graphics processor'. If it's set to "Auto-select", change it to "High performance NVIDIA processor". You can do this globally (for all programs) if you don't mind the battery life hit on a gaming laptop; if you want to force it just for FFXIV, you can do that in the Program Settings tab; pick the ffxiv_dx11.exe executable and set it to force using "High performance NVIDIA processor" rather than the default auto-select.

my on board video is disabled in the bios, I thought of that myself, but windows does not even see the onboard video. Good idea though, that might help some people out there.

I tried reboot, reinstall the game, and I have never heard of mactype too. None of them works.
The only way i can start the game is through geforce experience, but with geforce start, the game can not be accelerated by any network gaming accelerator to avoid lag.
It is so annoying and many people suffering this, PLEASE FIX!
