It mystifies me how people think everything they don't like should be made bannable. It's a game where you play with others. Learn to deal with that?

Very true. The only group content I run now is the MSQ (which thankfully mostly uses solo and Trust system now) and hunt trains. Tired of the occasional know it all jerk. Pay my sub, then we'll talk.
"Fanboy is gaming jargon used to describe an individual that has gone beyond the point of being a PC or console game fan and, during online chats or discussions, shifts to defend the program at all costs, unable to take any criticism or acknowledge any shortcomings of the game or gaming console."
Is OP ok now?

Plays multilayer game designed with groups of people in mind.
Takes solo player mentality.
Whilst some people can be jerks, but is not always the case and some are just genuinely trying to help out and I find the "you don't pay me sub" crowd to have a really poor attitude.
Had it with a tank when they were not doing mechanics, the mechanics weren't blatantly obvious and caused a wipe. After politely explaining the mechanics, thinking maybe they didn't realise and I got the classic "you don't pay my sub".
Great, but you're playing a multiplayer game that relies on a team effort. So, really, I don't get the mentality.
In fairness People shouldn't expect you to be perfect, that's more of an elitist mentality, however, most people tend to be relaxed in content, but if things aren't going well, of course people are going to try and resolve that problem and if you're the reason for it, of course they're going to try and help. But no shame in it either, everybody is different, there's learning curves and some things aren't immediately obvious and people come from all levels of experience, skill and handicaps.
I came in here expecting to see a healer complaining about PLDs and RDMs. This is so much more entertaining.
Is this just an example of flagrant cherry-picking to gather likes solely by tearing into others about... the exact opposite of what they said?
Let's read those two quotes, in full, again...
Besame was agreeing with Paya, and giving "pay my sub" as an ironic retort to people insisting they're free to waste others time however they want but also to try to get them banned for playing in a way that might make them uncomfortable (the quintessential "you don't pay my sub" player). Besame was not dismissing Paya's opinion.

It's not trolling, it's not harmful, it's just effectively using your healing tools to their maximum capability.
Why would this have to be a bannable offense? It's unacceptable to ban someone simply because they're not playing catering to your own personal preference and comfort.
If they've let you die or if it's an obvious troll, sure, it should be reportable and bannable, otherwise it's just demanding people play the exact way you want them to. Might as well just always queue with a friend of yours who plays the way you want, but expecting every healer out there to heal you the way you want to be healed is a bit much.
I'm sorry to say this, but if you're not comfortable seeing your HP drop that much, maybe tank just isn't the role for you.

This thread is about as rational as the panic healers the OP is supposedly calling out lol

So Healers should heal every little scratch of HP that is missing if they are in your Party, so you dont shit your pants. Is that the correct impression I get here?
