Melded materia deleted trying to glamour

My guy....As ppl have said above, I'm sorry you lost the overmelded materia. I pentameld and know how tedious it can be and how much materia breaks when it doesnt work. But I think youre blowing it out of proportions.

1) Materia is easier than ever to get in the game so replacing what you have lost shouldn't take more than a day
2) If it was VII and VIII materia then do like 3 hunt trains you'll have made back everything.
3) Its fair to ask the devs to change the warning in a future patch if the current one isnt working for you but on the flipside, you also didnt take the time to read the existing warning before taking the action that resulted in your current situation.
4) Personal recommendation, but delete the part in your original post after the tl;dr. I was sympathetic to your situation until you started quoting international law.

Bruh, its just materia, you can get more. Just run a few roulettes as the requested class or jump on a hunt train

I guess I must have signed the above clause that they claim all in game commerce as theirs 7 years ago.

So it seems like my takeaway is that I'm expected to spend another 2m+ on gear to make a "copy" of it in my wardrobe to avoid having to constantly glamour dispell when I want its appearance again.

I suppose I can hope to expect that a rollback that does not benefit at all, only hurt me for some gil I have earned since then, is too much to ask for a fairly bad mistake. Checking a box over 600+ times filling up glamour chest over and over and taking things out and not running into this problem until its too late.
World of Warcraft has done things in interest of the player for ergonomics: they've split accounts of my friends into 2 so they could have characters they individually enjoyed on it separated. I've had WoW employees stay up all night with me helping to secure my account and start an authenticator while actively battling a hacker.
This issue happened because visual impairment is a recent development and I seek to have nothing I did not already have and I am hoping that Square Enix can provide the same good customer service as I have experienced in other online games.

@MistakeNot, I don't appreciate you being insensitive to my visual disability. In this forum you can magnify text. I have my UI set to 200% for UHD and as large a scale it will go in game, nonequivocal.

It took about 700+ materia of mine to forbidden meld, the % success drops to 10/7/5/5 if I recall.

I felt like it was helpful to let someone post the clause where Square claims all virtual commerce as theirs which I was not aware of after seven years.

Nah, tired of the insensitivity and witch hunting and accusations. This playerbase's failure to present ideas without malicious intent and then thumbs upping speaks for itself.

Gonna try and find an opening in my schedule to contact Square's west coast office to see what they can do.
