I don't think we'll see PC and PS3 servers

What we will see is a server merge now to fewer actual servers...
so at 2.0... they'll reopen the previously unused servers... but not allow serve transfers
So new servers will only be for new players

That is where most of the PS3 players will congregate... however, nothing is stopping a PC player from making a new character on one of the new servers

Microsoft wanted the XBox release to be on Xbox only servers and that is one of the reasons there will be no Xbox release. So I can't see them going to PC and PS3 only after making a statement like that

There's a reason there are RP rule set servers in other games. Some people like to RP their characters and make up elaborate stories, plot lines, arcs, etc for them and it's hard finding a lot of other people willing to do that on non-RP servers, which is why there are official and unofficial RP servers so these people can all go to a single server together and join in the RP without having to worry about not finding other RPers.

Try playing on a PVP server in WoW, then a RP server, there is a huge difference even if the game is an RPG.

I think my server should stay because one made to many friends on it got a deadly Linkshell and besides all that it's the dam centrenl party server, and SE arent the police so they can't shutdown our PARTY!!!!!!!!!!!!
