With Yotsuyu they went out of the way to keep her clothed as much as possible..especially since she was a character that was sexually abused. I think it just does not fit for such characters thus they should not be used that way.

In the end its nothing that really annoys me, I just find it in some ways even funny..especially after that rant..

I don't see how the rant has anything to do with this. This game is rated T for TEEN in my country with both partial nudity and sexual themes in the label.

The rant was about using underage people and Lalas (which might look like children for those that dont know the game) for these mods. They have again and again said that we wont get younger characters for exactly the same reason and they are even not sure of giving us certain emotes because it could be used for these things.

Did you see her savage form? Because she is 100% naked there with a certain someone around her to at least cover a bit. But it does not leave much for the imagination. Other than Sophia and Echidna I dont remember any of the other female bosses that show so much skin. And that for something that is using the body of a underage character. Its an interesting decision.

If there is a nudity problem in certain countries, I'm sure the devs have likely changed it to avoid any legalities. They did the same to China where it does have more censorship, I mean the skeletons can't be show in game.

I think the innuendo in E8 SAVAGE might be off putting for people.I mean we have a dragon covering a lady's "dragon" - though I think I'd object if we heard moaning or something else during the scene. I would also say her Hydaelyn outfit is kinda pushing it, I mean it looks like something out of Bayonetta. As others have pointed out this is no different than a bikini honestly.

So yeah I kinda understand, but it's not that serious imo as people making it out to be. I mean the other part of mods was that they were literally messing with client data that's against the TOS, the nudity aspect that was illegal in some countries was just icing on the cake.

I suppose my only "real annoyance" if you wanna call it is they used the Byakko skeleton basically, but that's nothing new - recycling is used in video games everywhere.

The difference is still in what the mods do. Again, partial nudity and sexual themes are part of the game's rating.

I don't think teens showing some skin is a problem by itself. Look at the swimsuit example I showed earlier in this thread as there is even less that is left to the imagination in that one. But full on nudity without covering or any other more extreme modification goes beyond just showing some skin.

I guess it comes down to different tastes. I find a swimsuit much less worse than someones only clothes being a dragon which was also Shivas lover. But I guess I just find it funny that they went that way after all the talk about never getting younger characters (and some people simply wanted to play teenager not for lewding but because they just like playing as them).

Yeah, I did it for the first time this evening. I thought she wouldh ave been near butt naked the way people described it on here. Whatever excuse you can make when you want playable kids I suppose.

I also find it funny how some say we have a problem when the OPs post was kinda sarcastic anyways and that they probably also find it quite funny that they have done that with Ryne.

You're welcome to your own taste, but the fact remains that teenagers showing a lot of skin in public isn't all that unusual. And considering the fictional setting, there's even less reason to make a big deal out of it.

Obviously it's a matter of what line they're wiling to cross. They have more control over NPCs and that's why they don't like the usage of mods.
