It is not a sex scene, it doesn't make it any less uncomfortable that a child is being sexualised.
Age of consent in Japan with some stipulations is as low as 13.

The only reason this is uncomfortable to anyone is because people like you that raise a fuss over it for pretty much no reason.

As someone mentioned, the clothes changing animation is a straight up magical girl trope, and the outfit with Hraesvelgar was wonderfully symbolic.

If you're having a fit over her being "sexualized" it's YOU that has an issue for thinking she remotely is in the first place.
