The new waymark UI bothers me

    From the 5.2 patch notes:

The way the icons are arranged seems off. Given that it will have waymarks A-D and 1-4, it would make sense to arrange them like this:
    A B C D
    1 2 3 4

But they're actually arranged like this:
    A B C D 1
    2 3 4

Why is the 1 on the letters row and not with the other numbers?

Also, why does the 4 look like a G?

The font has always bothered me. The mob markers are perfectly normal and readable and the waymarks are this weird stylistic mess. Can't they just make normal looking letters and numbers?

There's probably a "container" to which they just add what buttons should be there (i.e., ABCD1234X), and when the dialog opens, it just draws a button for each item in the container.

Of course, the dialog has space for five columns, so the buttons aren't aligned in a user-friendly manner.

Easy solution would be to add 'E' to the container.
