Idk I still think that people getting this excitable over glams and whether or not one's choice of self-expression is endangered should the feature OP suggested ever happen is just ... It's silly. I think it's silly! Just make up, hug it out, and enjoy the game! Please!
Not sure about others, but for me, this wasn't about glamour at all, even from the beginning. I just take great offense to people telling me what I can and can't do with my screen. Given that the images we're seeing on our screens are zeros and ones stored on our physical computers, you need a really good reason to deny me the freedoms to do what I want with those zeros and ones, because restricting those freedoms is basically saying "oh hey, you may not do x, y, and z with your ram" (which is where this temporary information is stored)

Good reasons include:

-Harassment. If I undress your character and post screenshots everywhere, then that's wrong.

-Gameplay balance. Cheat programs and trainers are bad. Reshade is tolerated.

-Harm to the game company. If I damage Square Enix's reputation or deny them money somehow, then that's bad.

...but if I'm not harming you and/or Square Enix in some way, you really have no right to tell me what I can and can't do.
