It's very interesting how the posters who say such things often happen to be playing race/gender combinations that were quite clearly added with blatant fan-service in mind. People who play male characters (or just happen to like checking out good looking men) are allowed some of that, too.
Shirtless men are a pretty common way to provide easy, tasteful fan-service. Shirtless men without nipples just looks outright odd. Then, of course, there's people who don't want them added for the sake of fan-service but simply because they want the correct anatomy displayed.
Though you'd know all about fanservice, wouldn't you? Especially given that your chosen glamour is the 2B outfit:
Resources were spent on tweaking the gear in question to allow for fan-service you benefit from. I don't think it's unreasonable for resources to also be expended on male characters for a change in a way that benefits those of us who appreciate the male form.
