    You can get close-ish to that outfit with current glamours. There are tons of mini skirts to choose from. Sadly, there aren't any plaid patterned skirts iirc. I'd cleave an entire raid for those shoes though. ;p

    Yeah, you could make a bunch of outfits with those converse.

    We do get a set of converse-like in game over in the Gold Saucer (fashion report). They are a bit too stylized to work with some stuff though, in my opinion.
