That exists already. This is an fc house, which is different. Unfortunately, you can still get multiple fc houses, especially if it's a different account that buys it, then makes the other account leader.

that needs to have another term then maybe something like 1 house at a time on fc multibuys auto destorys the old houseafter 10 days or something then?
