Just hot in the news: Healer who love their job. I as GNB during MSQ Xelphatol.

The greeting at the beginning:
(Healer) ???? it
(Healer) ima heal just for ur ass remember that well

(Healer) hi.

Shortly after the duty starts:
(Healer) AAAAAAAAAAA
(Healer) why do i have to heaaaaal

They did their job in the end. But you gotta chuckle at their pure motivation!

I get why a tank would do this. In their mind they were probably trying to kill a few birds with a single stone. Break the ice, get everyone on the same page, and ensure the healer knew they would adjust as the team desired.

Of course, good intentions or not, it gives me that annoying phone tree customer service vibe. Short and simple macro would be much better haha.

Doing Eden 3 Normal, just a plain day of gearing up for 5.2.

Ended up with a duo GNB/DRK that were clearly in a relationship, cause immediately they started to type out a paragraph introducing themselves and I kid you not, it took a grand total of 6-8 minutes of them just talking about themselves as if they are typing a resume, to the point that me(being a MNK at the moment) and the DRG just ran in and started the fight.

A few minutes into the fight, our BLM takes an AOE, no big deal, he had Adlo on him, it's a BLM, they're known for taking a few hits for the sake of that sweet juicy Foul/Xenoglossy, the GNB, as if they have it macro'd to their keyboard says "Mr *insert name here* please do not take damage, thank you.

Yet again, me and the DRG comment on it, and comment on how it sounded a bit condescending.

Again, the BLM gets hit a few minutes later, this time because the DRK brought an AOE on top of them(hopefully by accident), and without fail, the GNB repeats the same exact thing from before, but now the entire party begins to comment on how condescending it sounds and how they really need to shut up.

This basically repeats for the entire fight, I am certain they had macro's for talking to people and blaming them for taking damage, and keep in mind, they weren't doing a good job, with the GNB dying consistently throughout the fight.

So finally..after slogging through it barely surviving, the cherry on top...they both had the audacity to type out another paragraph each, basically asking for commendation for a "job well done"

And THANKFULLY, the party chews them out on it and leaves without a word, I leave, I see I got atleast 4 commendations.

Truly a wild ride.

I'm tired playing healers on roulettes with DRK who pull the entire map, thinking the Blackest Night is their unique CD on earth. Guys. Please. I don't mind about big pulls but you have just to know how to press on Reprisal, Rampart or Shadow Wall. Meh.

Tell the tank how you feel about his macro instead of leaving a tank trying to be nice and 2 others dps. Much better.

To me, tanks that ask the healer how much they should pull just kinda scream "I'm new". I mean, I get the intention of trying to be courteous, but it's just a weird ask esp at that low lvl.

I only have cure I. Are they asking if I can press 1 button repeatedly if I need to? If cure I spam is not sufficient, do I get blamed for okaying large pulls?
