Considering that they'd need to programm the AIs for every single fight to be able to handle the mechanics, I dont think this is a very... feasible idea. Theres probably a good reason that we can do all the ShB-dungeons, but not the trials with the Trusts, which would be that programming 7 NPCs to be able to handle the mechanics of the fight while still leaving room for the player to contribute and pick any job they'd like isnt all that easy. (Seriously with 7 NPCs who are more or less perfect at executing mechanics you might aswell replace the trial with a cutscene in which those NPCs simply defeat the boss...)

This effort seems even less warranted if its a one-time-thing only - and on top of that a one-time-thing that not every player is going to use.

I get the argument about queues interrupting your "flow" (thought, honestly: for what are you queueing and what time is it that you'd had to wait more than 30 minutes?), but I dont really think that its worth the investment into a one-time-thing.
