Main Story Quest, One Life for One World-- can't finish, stuck, Any manager help me?

Could a game manager please help me, by somehow checking on my character "Momot Dee" on Servere: Sargatanas.

Ive attempted to do the duty x7 times and I 'Fail' each and every time.
Issues:

1. I can never charge the sword, because my graphic card can't allow the click along with all of the other actions going on with the other characters spells and the targets' counter hits and spells. Too much activity. I've tried different ways, in close, out far, view... close to the character and sword or far away, no way that I can charge the sword.

2. therefore, I can kill every target except the last one where they fire blast and kill all of us, certainly kill me.

So, therefore I am relegated to playing the game stuck at this level 60 of the Main Story Quest line. I just can't advance to further content.

I dont' mind as I 'am' playing this game for crafting, gathering and fishing as well as a bit of crafting here and there. I pay the subscription so that I can play the game as Botanist and Miner and Fisher basically.

I am 69 years old, have very bad arthritis and use macros and try to keep everything to as few keystrokes as possible.

Can one of the admins or game programmers or whatever 'please' give me a temporary code to win that duty so that I can advance please, and then turn off the key after I use it or something? Please.

Tried again after having found some hints.:

1. Kill WM (White Mage) whenever possible
2. Kill WAR and next or PLD
3. At end kill BRD/archer so he can not Kill Alise.

And finally the one big thing. I went into my settings and changed a visual setting, to list full names.
So the 'name' of the 'Blade of Light' name was visible finally.
It showed up about 3 feet in front of Alise character and I clicked on the name and the 'loading' sequence worked.
I was able to load it twice.
But in the end, I still failed the duty.
My arthritis really can't take this.
What will happen is that I will attempt to do this x2 times per day for about another week.
If I continue to fail then I will wait until I am level 63? I am lev 62 now. Or will that not help at all, because it might be one of those
duties where it adjusts your level down?
In that case I am doomed to just never advance the Main Story line quest and just gather/forrage and fish, craft for the rest of the year or 2 that I continue to subscribe to play this game to do crafting and gathering.
At some time I am going to write to the admins or programmers and beg for a onen time use code that will allow me to advance beyond this stupid duty.

Have you tried turning down (or off) animations and particle effects? If you go to: Character Config > Control Settings > Character there are options to change how battle effects are displayed. Maybe if you disable some of the flashy animations the game will run better and load faster.

That is never, ever going to happen. It sucks that your graphics card isn't up to par and that you have physical limitations while playing, but that's not SE or the game's fault or problem. (And even if they did give you temporary cheat codes you'd likely just get stuck again later. This is no where near the hardest solo duty.)

If you're really only playing for crafting and gathering have you considered buying a story skip? Those let you skip all the pre-Shadowbringers MSQ.
