Get Pets from Own Bonding Ceremony?

You do not get the pets at your own wedding, nor is there any way around it. Only way is marrying an alt on a different account to another alt on a 3rd account and then inviting yourself to the wedding as a guest, multiboxing all three since everyone needs to be there and online the whole wedding.

Or just hang around Ul'dah long enough and you'll someday or other see someone advertising their wedding.

Edit: Also, since you indicated that you have to be there for the whole thing.. what happens if you get disconnected? Like if your internet goes out or you lose power or something.. does that mean you don't get your items? Just curious.

Doesn't have to be Platinum. Gold will also give guests both minions.

I don't know how that can be correct.
- I have a friend who has just the demon box, and not the bridesmoogle.
- The purchase page on the mog station for the gold plan shows just the demon box. Though to be fair, the platinum plan doesn't show either minion.

I just still don't see how that can be correct. The free plan doesn't give any pets, so how could someone only have one of them if the gold plan gives both?

Unfortunately, yes it does. If either of the actual two people getting married disconnect at any time during the ceremony, even if they come back before it ends, it will still continue the ceremony event to the end, but at the end it will say it wasn't properly completed and basically reset the wedding progress to the point where you were setting up the customizations without giving out rewards to anyone. If the guest leaves they don't get anything either, although I believe they can still come in late(but still before the cutoff point for entry), as long as they stay for the rest of the ceremony to the end.

Unfortunately, yes it does. Got it, thank you very much for the clarification! Once my husband and I get through the quest chain and get to where we can pick a date, I'll have to post back here on the forums to see if anyone's in the same situation & wants to trade invitations.
