    I tried to make my own tier list using that but halfway through I realized none of the characters past the A ranking for me and most were in the D-C range... >x>()

    Anyway there's too many variables for me to even begin thinking about this because I start blurring the line between grading them as characters or ranking them as waifu material; I'd need two different lists.

    Papalymo was best. Cid just because of how slooow and annoying he was early on in 2.x i would add him to the lower tier
    I agree with Lyse being lower tier, she felt rather useless in Stormblood especially for that expansions "Poster Girl"
