Levelling From 30-50

Get a tank/healer friend and run dungeons, you can get about 1 lvl per dungeon/roulette with the food, earring (if you preorder ShB), and fc exp buffs.
PotD is also a good way, but i personally always disliked it too much to care to use it with a random party and prefered regular dungeons.

Finish it on MCH. That will get you a bunch of XP.

Uhh. If they're leveling MCH, MSQ is already in the 50s, ahead of the level range OP is slogging through. MCH also doesn't have hunting logs.

Ah good point hasrat - I was probably thinking of other jobs which I have leveled and added those in as an edit of my original reply. I miss hunt logs but daily hunts aren't bad. MSQ will
be good when you are at the right level. The rest applies and also palace. I would also say level one job to 80 first so you will have armoury bonus from then on. Also you will want to do squadron missions anyway so might as well do those too.

Armoury bonus applies whenever you are on a DoW/DoM class/job that is not your highest level one. The amount of bonus you get from the armoury bonus depends on your level in the class/job you currently play. I think it currently is 100% for level 1-69 and 50% for level 70-79.

Here is what I have been doing to level my melee classes. I do MSQ, leveling and trials duties. While waiting in queue I do Stormblood daily hunt marks (decent exp) and the Kojin and Ananta beast tribe dailies. Then I just do the highest dungeon I can do over and over.

For levels 30-50, do PotD, once you hit about 45, do ARR daily hunt marks, maybe try the ARR beast tribes.

A mixture of Squadrons, PotD, and Daily Roulettes was how I did it. It might have been more efficient to just spam one of those, but I felt the need to vary things up.

Hmm. I am going to use ALL of these!
I think my squadron is ready for the first dungeon run mission, but I haven't messed with them in awhile. It's kind of a pain to get to that point.

You have to do 5 different dungeons with your squadron in order to get your Captain promotion, and 10 squadron dungeon runs to get your exercise emotes, so if you haven't done that already you can kill two birds by leveling with your squadron.

Also, I like queueing for a roulette and then just running side content like Hildibrand quests while waiting.

I just hit 41 Last night. Had my AST friend queue dungeons with me. Now I need to get caught up gear. I will look into the squadrons tonight! I am pretty sure I unlocked those types of missions...
