Heh, thanks. But, I could never do that. Too much of a big softy. lolThis is where I jump off the side and make the healers do their job. I am totally down with support on RDM and yes it makes me mad when both healers are down or healers are struggling and RDM or SMN forget they have raise or cure but on the flip-side my support skills are not so healers can get a good parse or neglect the ONE THING THEY ARE THERE TO DO. That 'green DPS' crap don't fly with me. I will not leave a group with one, but I also won't cave to one and be 3rd healer because that is nonsense. You were a wonderful RDM considering you even deigned to finish the duty with that going on.
"I like Elezen......it's a thing I have."( ̄▽+ ̄*)

"You are just going to give me one of those stoic nods aren't you?"
WOL = Nods
(one of my favorite moments)
What tdb said. Bosses were being engaged and killed before the cutscenes were over. It was in the chat log, too.
They didn't just do it to one boss, either. They did it to every single one.

It used to be that skipping cutscenes was the norm in MSQ roulette, and players doing the dungeons for the first time were either left in the dust or had to deprive themselves of seeing the cutscenes. It's honestly a pretty bad design blunder to put long cutscenes in the middle of a dungeon, and unsurprisingly it has not been repeated since. At some point during Stormblood SE made the cutscenes unskippable so new players wouldn't have to make that choice and increased the rewards from the roulette to account for the increased time. Understandably some people would still rather not spend the extra 20 minutes to watch the cutscenes for the umpteenth time.
I'm kinda curious about how those people managed to skip the cutscenes, but talking about exploits here is probably a banworthy offense so I won't ask.

I would send them cookies.Just had four people in Praetorium skipping cutscenes.
Prae is fun, because I can usually get a map done in whatever Fire emblem game im currently playing each cutscene. Its 3:1 cutscene:actually doing anything and if you think i'm not goldfishing magic decks or emulating on my switch the entire time, you're sadly mistaken.
I turn off the sound and watch netflix. How long is the place nowadays? An hour, hour and a half?I would send them cookies.

I definitely get not wanting to watch the cutscenes AGAIN. I usually watch youtube videos or play on my switch or something during them.It used to be that skipping cutscenes was the norm in MSQ roulette, and players doing the dungeons for the first time were either left in the dust or had to deprive themselves of seeing the cutscenes. However, if people really don't want to spend the time there's another solution too. They can just...not queue for main scenario roulette. It's that simple, so I really don't have sympathy for anyone that runs it anway, skips, gets reported and gets suspended or banned for exploiting.

Yeah, that's what I do. Since the cutscenes were made mandatory I've run the roulette maybe twice when I was bored and/or a friend asked me to join them.
