Thanks for the heads up to a new player. SE doesn't seem to keep a proper handle on making housing easy, and I get why they do it after all the searches/information out there and what not. To put all the info in one spot would make the manipulators/hoarders have it to easy, but the fact is it seems they know all this and keep quiet anyway.
