My main preference would be for Necromancer. Why? Primarily because of the spells NPC necromancers, like Lord Forgal, use, i.e. darkness* spells. However, I think a compromise can be reached whereby BLM gradually gains these spells (and the similar ones wielded by the Ascians), given its Void mage origins... Foul and Xenoglossy already appear to be darkness spells.
An actual Necromancer, summoning the undead and/or Voidsent would be cool, but would be difficult to square with this game's lore given who your character is, which to me is unfortunate. They're also seem to struggle with pet design in this game, but you can always resolve this issue by having the "pets" appear as animations. It also may cause issues with the Chinese client. Nonetheless, it'd be my top pick, whether implemented as a "dark" healer (which would circumvent many of these issues) or caster dps.
I do think CHM is looking increasingly likely as a healer, and GEO as a caster dps. I believe they will blend Onmyoji/Mystic/Oracle/Elementalist elements with it, given that they have a leftover job from SB which they can build upon. I also predict Mystic Knight will be the next melee dps given the popularity of this job. I hope they tie CHM to Garlemald rather than doing what they did with GNB and adding entirely contrived lore to avoid linking the two.
Puppetmaster and Beastmaster are likelier as limited jobs. I don't really see much room for Time Mage. They should just give back AST its time manipulation elements.
*As in, the energy itself, not just "astral" state.
