Echo Drops still working in palace?

I do wish they were more usable outside of Palace... but as people have said it needs to actually be cleansable. So, a Silence icon on its own cannot be cleansed, but a silence icon with a white bar on the top can. Usually folks just have the healer take care of it since it's usually not worth having a DPS waste a GCD on it.

If a caster is silenced, then that caster wouldn't be able to use any GCDs while silenced anyway, so they absolutely should Echo Drops themselves if they're affected by a removable silence unless they're a RDM who just happens to get silenced at the exact moment that they're ready for a melee combo or in the middle of one.

Fair, I was kinda saying why medicine in general isn't used (for example you never see people using spine drops for paralyze or antidotes for poison.) In this specific example yeah, it can be better to remove it yourself... though that said I can't actually think of many cleansable silences outside of PotD.
