Yesterday, I just did roulettes. (Going to work soon so not doing anything right now until later)
I'm at the point now where I will only die if I end up on platform C.Yeah I just unlocked Copied Factory like last Thursday or Friday, and I have to say, that has been the most brutal raid I've seen so far. The first part isn't bad, though it can be intense. Its the last part that just wrecks people, and mostly because there's almost no tells at all from any of the final stages no floor markers for half of the things coming at you, and if you don't have your camera positioned just perfectly you are not going to even see what kills you.
Sure there's some like the strafing runs... but a lot of it isn't and if you're not geared almost everything will one shot kill you. Sure the Ivalice Raids had some pretty complicated Mechanics in places especially in Orbonne, but its nothing even close to Copied Factory.

Spent the day making stuff for my house pretty much.
GC cafting turn ins, Brayflox 3x with the squadron on my baby Paladin, finished 5.1 msq, talked about RDM with someone. That's for now, but the day is still young.

Yesterday's run was pretty terrible. We had a lot of unexperienced players and newbies, and it was a real slaughter. We even wiped to Engel's adds.Yeah I just unlocked Copied Factory like last Thursday or Friday, and I have to say, that has been the most brutal raid I've seen so far. It's really hard to see the mechanics when you have others spell effects on tho. But overall, I still think CF is easier than Orbonne. There's nothing as punitive as Cid for example.
Today, I think I'll work for a bit then do my roulettes. And since it's monday, I'll spend the rest of the day crafting. I'm 2 jobs away from omnicrafter ! Yay \o/
Yesterday I did a few treasure maps and ran into an area I hadn't seen before even though I had been in the area in the past (admittedly that was a few years ago). I literally gasped when I turned around and saw it as it seemed it had popped up out of nowhere. Is this a new area? I think there might have been a mine nearby but can't remember what it was called, and I might be getting areas confused. One of the joys of being a slow leveler is having plenty of time to marvel at how beautiful the game is.

Isn't it the area where the Kobold dailies area? it's always been there.Yesterday I did a few treasure maps and ran into an area I hadn't seen before even though I had been in the area in the past (admittedly that was a few years ago). True, there is actually a lot more "auto wipe" the raid mechanics if all 3 teams don't succeed style mechanics in Orbonne.Yesterday's run was pretty terrible. We had a lot of unexperienced players and newbies, and it was a real slaughter. We even wiped to Engel's adds.

I don't see as many total wipes in Factory the way I've seen in the Ivalice series so there is that.

Seems this will turn into a "What I did yesterday" because all my things are done yesterday XD.
1. Helped some FC members with a rather nasty A rank in lakeland. No we didn't win, it was just too powerful for the 6 of us. I was the lone healer and keeping them alive was a real challenge. On the second go we adapted to its attacks, but I as I had to stop and remove a heavy ticking dot + heal up the damage, I literally got ran over by the boss and died. This move is called Gallop, and it's a 1hit move, and the boss spams it.
2. Did my roulettes
3. Made a firewood for my house, and a tree stump.
4. Gathered a ton of mats in preparation for taking LTW to 55, which took about 1.5 hrs.

Ran Roulettes ended up in Copperbell Mines (Hard), Akadaemia Anders, Grand Cosmos, Crystal Tower, didn't bother with 8 mans,
Specifically selected choice of Rabinaster, Ridorana Lighthouse, Orbonne Monastery... ended up in Orbonne.
Ran Copied Factory
Sent GC Squadron on a new mission. Changed one member from Conjurer to Arcanist
Finished up HW Hildebrand quests on this character, forgot how funny this section is with the inside joke on the Gazebo which they hammer hilariously into the ground.
The raids were pretty intense, lots of new players doing Orbonne and Factory, which means... lots of deaths and near team wipes.
EDIT: This is the basis for the Gazebo joke.
