I mean, the reason tanks get those mounts is to give people an incentive to play tanks more often.

Technically speaking WHM already has a mount aswell - or Conjurer does: The Quest to obtain the Unicorn is only unlocked by leveling conjurer to 30, which again was added to motivate players to level that class (which was especially important at the start of ARR because conjurer was the only healer for the first 30 levels until arcanists could become scholars).

Its not that I dont agree with your ideas - even though I wouldnt be intrested in any of them - but more so to explain why it is that tanks get special treatment here. At this point I feel like healers probably deserve it more, but for dps... nope. Mounts are a great way to get people to do stuff they wouldnt normally do, so they're better used as rewards for content or playing content with a certain job that benefits the community. DPS-players are a dime a dozen already, theres no need to add extra motivation to play those jobs. While I can understand that job-specific mounts would be cool, I really dont think they should use ressources on locking them behind playing a role that is already been played by the majority.
