Was just about to say this. There are tons of clothing mods, animation mods, ect. But they're for what people request, which usually does not include Roe, male elezen, or popotos.

There's a mod that changes 2B's dress to a tunic, but I believe it only works on certain races, and is aimed at females wearing it, not male unless it was updated. Because that would require more work and may not be a perfect product. True, what we are given is also not perfect, but it meets a standard that someone above Yoshi-P said yes to.

I know this might come off as offensive to modders, and I mean no disrespect, but sometimes I think they're becoming a detriment to this community. It's not necessarily about what they do, but players who see their work seem to develop unrealistic expectations of the developers. They think the dev team can create the same thing with ease. Yet, the mods are always client-side and don't factor in combining with other gear pieces in the game. Then there's also about how they interact with the world, with things like physics or wind. I've noticed mods always change the entire outfit on the character and are never matched with other items in the game. I think they're a bad way to expect anything from the dev team.

I'd rather not go through a city and see a third or more of the people pole dancing, but that's just me.

Well, they added this to NPCs in Eulmore, why it wouldn't be a possibility for players?

I'd love it tbh. Give the regular Beehive dance as a Ballroom Ettiquete, and the pole dance as a furnishing that triggers that dance animation with interaction.

I don't think they're a detriment, but I do think that they are a symptom of bigger issues like poor character customization, low res textures, etc. SE is not giving people the options they want, so modders are taking matters into their own hands. I don't mod anything other than games like Skyrim, but I can see why people might not be satisfied with what the devs are giving them. People want options. SE doesn't provide players with all that many.

Imagine going through housing and you end up in a house that has been remade into a stripper club. Dancing poles on bar counters, round tables or on a central stage, curtained 'red rooms' for 'private shows' and for 'photographic scenes'.

RP servers will have a field trip with this debauchery.

For sure. I'm not even on an RP server and I've wandered into more than a few houses with stages in their basements before we'd even seen the Beehive, some with back rooms or changing rooms, seating, and of course there are dozens of bath houses. The seediest by far utilized the pudding rug for SFX. I remember it having a nice balcony setup though.

It'd definitely be nice to have classier options with Eulmore themed furnishings.

Or... people who just like that sort of thing? I put a strip club in the basement of one of my larges and don't RP in it. I just like the idea that the Free Company my WoL represents is full of degenerates.

If its just for sheer decoration, then that would be fine.
But they want the animations as well. And that is a whole different can of worms to be opened.
