I don't recall seeing the mudman ever spawn near there, the closest spawn I saw was a in a field to the east.

I don't recall seeing the mudman ever spawn near there, the closest spawn I saw was a in a field to the east.

I was afk for a bit, came back, and was dead along with several other corpses. Scrolling up in the chat a bit, indeed, the Great Mighty Poo had arrived. He also spawns right on top of the quest progression node for one of the quests. I think when initially adding hunt node placement, the Pixie tribes were not in mind, because I've never seen an A rank directly on top of a quest progression node or NPC. Perhaps they were handled by separate groups.

I personally think it's pretty funny. And as an mmorpg, is a call for players to actually do something together. But alas, it inconveniences people with their three jobs, kids, and 5 minutes of play time so it might go.
